The story
It started with a community.
For over a year I'd been building a community of cowgirl entrepreneurs — women running businesses around the lifestyle they love. They kept asking where to find services like social media help and website builders. So I built them a directory and resource hub for western brands and boutiques.
That community gave me a front-row seat to how deeply people feel connected to the West — whether they live on acreage or in the middle of town. It's also where Dream Big Sundays started: one inspiring thought, most Sundays.
In the fall of 2025, Cowgirl Home & Ranch was born to be the storefront for all of it — a place where those makers could showcase and sell their work.
But new endeavors have a way of finding a life of their own.
I started sharing my favorite things on social — uniquely designed cowgirl boots, inspiring ranch rooms and scenes like Thanksgiving at the Ranch, Christmas trees and marquee art staged at an imagined booth at the NFR, in case we ever get the chance to have one. Those reels found their way to you. And you started asking:
Where can I find those boots? Where's that rug from? What's the floor plan?
So we dreamed bigger. We designed our own faux marquee pieces and personalized wall art, and kept showing the concept homes, rooms and western scenes we couldn't stop imagining.
And somewhere in all those questions, I realized how many of you carry a Ranch Dreamer in your heart — and wondered what would happen if that directory, built for businesses to find each other, became a directory and a publication for building the dream ranch life.
